Seating for High Holiday Services are free and on a first come / first served basis. Child care available. Services also made available via Facebook Live.

Limited restroom facilities available for changing.  Please bring snacks, salads, drinks, or desserts — Shoresh David will supply sandwiches.

We end our 24-hr fast together as a family. Dinner will be Chinese food. The cost will be $8.50/adult and $5.00/child (ages 10 and under with accompanying parent).

[Leviticus 23:33-44]  Build a home Sukkah and then invite guests over each evening for snacks and schmoozing! 🙂

Bring palm fronds and decorations to cover the Sukkah.  Shoresh David will provide the pizza and the children will decorate the Sukkah.

This year we will have a light meal for those who RSVP (by Wed 9/23) to let us know you that you will be joining us.  Shoresh David will provide the food (sandwiches, etc.) for a nominal cost of $7/person.  All are welcome, only please let us know you are coming to the Break-the-fast Meal so that we can order enough food.

Building & Decorating the Sukkah

[Leviticus 23:33-44]   We need palm branches, tools (staple guns, hammers, step ladders, etc.) and Helpers with building skills to erect a temporary booth. We expect to take down the Sukkah on Oct 2nd at the latest.

Simchat Torah (“Rejoicing in the Torah) Service

On this day we rejoice in God’s Word and roll our Torah Scroll back to the beginning for the new annual cycle of reading of Torah portions. We will again have a covered dish meal in the foyer following the Service so please bring a Biblically Kosher dish to share. All are welcome!
