29 Days of Congregational Prayer & Fasting during the month of Elul to prepare ourselves for the High Holy Days.

[Lev. 23:26-32] This is a traditional Day of Atonement Eve Service and begins the traditional 24-hour fast (NO food this evening).  All are welcome.

As parking and seating are limited, for this important Service please plan to arrive extra early.

Prayers and remembrances said in honor of deceased loved ones.

We end our 24-hr fast together as a family. Dinner will be Chinese food. Sign up before Wed, Sept 20 @ noon and pay $12/adult and $5/child (age 10 and under with parent). Afterward the cost goes up to $14/adult and $7/child and registration closes Friday, Sept 22 @ 5pm.

[Leviticus 23:33-44]  Build a home Sukkah and then invite guests over each evening for snacks and schmoozing! 🙂

Bring palm fronds and decorations to cover the Sukkah. 

Dinner will be pizza, salad and fruit. Sign up before Wed, Sept 27 @ noon and pay $5/adult and $2/child (age 10 and under with parent). Afterward cost goes up to $7/adult and $3/child and registration closes Thu, Sept 28 @ 5pm.

day of Sukkot and God’s Holy Scriptures. Snacks and water will be provided.

We end our 24-hr fast together as a family. All are welcome – please sign up for the Break-the-fast Meal at Services ahead of time so we can make sure to have enough food.

[Leviticus 23:33-44]  We need palm branches, tools (staple guns, hammers, step ladders, etc.) and Helpers with building skills to erect a temporary booth.

We will have covered dish lunch in the foyer and outside in Sukkah following the Service in the Sanctuary. Please bring a Biblically Kosher dish to share. All are welcome!
