Blessing Before The Reading of The Torah (Five Books of Moses):

Bar-chu et ADONAI ha-m‘-vorach.
Ba-ruch ADONAI ha-m’vorach l’-olam va-ed.
Ba-ruch a-ta ADONAI E-lo-hei-nu Me-lech ha-o-lam,
a-sher ba-char ba-nu mi-kol ha-a-mim
v’-na-tan la-nu et To-ra-to.
Baruch a-ta ADONAI no-tein ha-To-rah.

Bless the Lord who is blessed.
Bless the Lord who is blessed forever and ever.
Blessed are You, Lord our God, Ruler of the universe,
Who chose us from all peoples, and gave to us the Torah.
Blessed are You, Lord, giver of the Torah.

Blessed are You, Lord our God, Ruler of the universe,
Who gave us the Torah of truth
and life everlasting planted in our midst.
Blessed are You, Lord, giver of the Torah.

Blessing Before The Reading of The Haftarah (The Prophets):

Ba-ruch, a-ta ADONAI, e-lo-hay-nu me-lech ha-oh-lam,
a-sher ba-char bin-vi-im to-vim,
v’ratza b’div-ray-hem, ha-ne-e-ma-rim, be-e-met.
Ba-ruch a-ta, ADONAI, ha-bo-cher ba-torah, u-v’mo-she av-do, uv’yis-ra-el a-mo, u-vin-vi-ay ha-e-met, va-tze-dek.

Blessed are You O Lord our God,
 Ruler of the Universe,
Who selected good prophets,
delighting in their words which were spoken truthfully.
Blessed are You O Lord,
Who chose the Torah, Your servant Moses,
Your people Israel,
and the prophets of truth and righteousness.

Blessing After The Reading of The Haftarah (The Prophets):

Ba-ruch, a-ta ADONAI, e-lo-hay-nu me-lech ha-o-lam,
tzur kol ha-oh-la-mim, tza-dik b’chol ha-do-rot, 
ha-al ha-ne-e-man, ha-o-mer v’oseh, ha-m’da-ber u-m’ka-yam, she-kol d’va-rahv, e-met vatze-dek.
Ne-e-man, a-ta hu ADONAI e-lo-hay-nu, v’ne-e-ma-nim d’va-re-cha,  v’da-var e-chad mid-va-re-cha, a-chor lo ya-shuv
rey-kam, ki El Me-lech ne-e-man, v’ra-cha-man a-ta,
Ba-ruch a-ta ADONAI, ha-el ha-ne-e-man, b’chol d’va-rav.

 Blessed are You O Lord our God, Ruler of the universe,
Rock of all eternities, You are faithful in all generations,
the trustworthy God, Who says and does,
Who speaks and makes it come to pass, 
all of Whose words are true and righteous.
Faithful are You O Lord our God, and faithful are Your words, 
for not one word of Yours is turned back unfulfilled. 
For You are a faithful and compassionate God and King, 
blessed are You O Lord, the God Who is faithful in all His words.

Blessing Before The Reading of The B’rit Chadasha (New Covenant):

Ba-ruch a-ta ADONAI, E-lo-hay-nu Me-lech ha-o-lam,
A-sher na-tan la-nu ma-shi-ach Yeshua, V’ha-dib-rot
shel Ha-brit Ha-cha-da-sha, Ba-ruch a-ta ADONAI,
no-tain Ha-brit Ha-cha-da-sha.

Blessed are You O Lord our God, King of the Universe,
Who has given us Messiah Yeshua
and the commandments of the New Covenant,
blessed are You O Lord, Giver of the New Covenant.

Blessing After The Reading of The B’rit Chadasha (New Covenant):

Ba-ruch a-ta ADONAI, E-lo-hay-nu me-lech ha-o-lam, a-sher
na-tan la-nu Ha-d’var Ha-e-met, v’cha-yay o-lam na-ta
b’to-chay-nu, ba-ruch a-ta ADONAI, no-tain Ha-brit Ha-cha-da-sha.
 

Blessed are You O Lord our God, King of the Universe, 
Who has given us the Word of Truth and
has planted life everlasting in our midst, 
blessed are You O Lord, Giver of the New Covenant.

Va’yehi Binsoa Ha’aron (When the Ark Would Travel):

Va-y’he bin-soa ha’aron vai-yo-mer Mo-she:
Ku-ma A-do-nai v’-ya-fu-tsu oy’-ve-cha
v’-ya-nu-su m’san-e-cha mi-pan-e-cha
Ki mi-tzo-yon te-tse to-rah (2x)
U-d’-var A-do-nai mi-ye-rusha-layim
ba-ruch she-na-tan to-rah to-rah (2x)
L’-a-mo Yis-ra-el bik-do-shatah
 

When the Ark would travel, Moses would say
“Arise O Lord, and let Your enemies be scattered,
and let them that hate You flee from You.”
For out of Zion shall go forth the law,
and the Word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

Etz Chayim (Tree of Life):

Etz cha-yim hi la-ma-cha-zikim ba,
V’tomche-ha m‘u-shar.
D’ra-che-ha dar-chei no-am,
V’chol n’ti-vo-te-ha shalom.
Ha-shi-vay-nu Adonai,
Ay-le-cha v’na-shu-va,
Cha-deish, Cha-deish ya-mei-nu,
Cha-deish ya-may-nu k’ke-dem.
 

It is a tree of life to those who take hold of it
and happy are those who support it.
Its ways are pleasant ways and all its paths are peace.
Cause us to return O Lord and we shall return O Lord.
Bring us back. Bring us back to You O Lord. 
Bring us back to You O Lord as of days of old.
