Israeli-born Baht Rivka will lead our Praise & Worship. She is a gifted worship leader, who recorded the popular song "Mercy Seat", one of the songs on her all-Hebrew CD she released a few years back. George is the Founder of Worthy News (WorthyNews.com) and brings a Messianic perspective on news from the Middle East. Together they lead Services in Arad, Israel and minister to Israelis in need.

Reverend Bob Shelly has been asked to speak at Shoresh David Tampa by Rabbi Steve. He has enjoyed an incredible career speaking in 169 countries, with a great love for Israel (52 visits) and a passion for the Hebrew Scriptures. His style of teaching leads people to a greater understanding of how the Old Covenant connects Christian believers to their foundational Jewish heritage. Reverend Bob is well known in the Tampa Bay Area as the leader of Bayshore Methodist Church for 15 years, with a great move of God’s Spirit. It is an honor to have Reverend Shelley speak at Shoresh David Tampa.

On the 2nd Friday of each month we depart from our regular Erev Shabbat Service schedule to focus on family, share a Shabbat meal, engage in liturgy and discussion, and at the end of the evening dance before the Lord. And dinners will have a special theme too. Family Shabbat Dinners are a wonderful time to fellowship with our congregational family, and a great opportunity to invite pre-believers.

Afterward we’re having a biblical lesson and discussion on “Physical Fitness From A Biblical Perspective”, co-taught by our own Josh Ashby who holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Typically CQ Tactical charges $18/person for 90 mins, however, the charge for us will only be $10/person. Deadline for young guys to sign-up and pay on this website is Feb 29 (remember, Dads are free). After that you’ll have to contact Ravi Goldberg directly to make payment arrangements.

What is CHAI LIFE for Young Guys? Shoresh David has launched a character and leadership development program in which boys can earn awards while spending time with their dads and Godly male role models. This is CHAI LIFE. The Hebrew word “Chai” means “life” or “living”, and so our Motto is “Living Life to the Fullest”. Our theme verse comes from Isaiah 38:19 “The living, the living- they praise you- as I do today. A father makes Your faithfulness known to his children” and our purpose is to help every young guy reach his potential as the man and leader that God created him to be.

FAITHTALK (570 AM, 100.3 FM, 910 AM, and 102.1 FM) wants to give us ladies a night out with FOOD, FUN and FAITH.

The evening's speaker will be Shari Braendel who is an author, Christian speaker, fashion editor, and a professional image consultant. “A fabulously fun fashionista with an encouraging heart and a vibrant effervescent spirit, Shari warns some women to stay away from black, begs others to throw away their ‘mom’ jeans and excites all to new levels of confidence regarding their outer appearance.”

BEFORE THE MAIN EVENT, we will have a fun EXPO, featuring shopping, giveaways, and lite hors-d'oeuvres. Don’t have time to go home and eat before coming, no problem. There will be food truck vendors available for your dining pleasure.

This is a great event for the entire Women’s Ministry to attend together. Remember Groups of 10 or more pay only $5 per ticket! So get your group together and join us on Thursday, March 5th.

Come celebrate the Feast of Passover with us! Enjoy an evening of family and friends with a complete Passover dinner, reading of the Haggadah, music and dance, and remembering the blessings God bestowed on our people. On the 2nd Friday of each month we depart from our regular Erev Shabbat Service schedule to focus on family, share a Shabbat meal, engage in liturgy and discussion, and at the end of the evening dance before the Lord. And dinners will have a special theme too. Family Shabbat Dinners are a wonderful time to fellowship with our congregational family, and a great opportunity to invite pre-believers.
